COLUMBUS, OHIO, OCTOBER 19, 2012 – WOSU Public Media is the proud recipient of the Greater Columbus Arts Council’s 2012 Artistic Excellence Award, presented yesterday as part of the annual Community Arts Partnership Awards ceremony.

The Artistic Excellence Award is given every year to an arts organization that has demonstrated innovation, risk and artistic excellence in a performance, exhibition or program. WOSU Public Media was recognized with the $10,000 prize for the Emmy award-winning documentary series Columbus Neighborhoods.
