During July and August on Monday evenings we’re having two-hour editions of Symphony @7 on Classical 101.  It’s our “summer stretch,” as we present works over an hour long between 7 and 9pm.

This evening we have A Faust Symphony by Franz Liszt.  This fascinating work from 1857 is based on Goethe’s Faust, and you can link to my previous post for more.

I hope you can join us for these longer excursions into the symphonic repertoire on Monday evenings in July and August on Symphony @ 7.
