Tim Rietenbach Aims to Change Connotations of ‘Cowtown’

Along the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers is where Tim Reitenbach has decided to install his metal wire sculptures of, well, cows.

What began as a joke about walking on water led to a very real sculpture art installation.
