The 51st Annual Ohio Valley Regional Emmy Awards were held on Saturday evening and the WOSU Public Media production team took home some serious hardware. Columbus Neighborhoods: Clintonville won the Emmy in the Historical Documentary category, while our weekly arts and culture series, Broad & High, won the Magazine Program category for the second year in a row.
A Broad & High segment profiling artist Dennis DeVendra was also recognized in the Magazine Feature/Segment Artist Profile category. Plus, videographer Ryan Schlagbaum earned the Technical Achievement award for creating his own timelapse dolly system. Pretty impressive!
We’re incredibly proud of the production team here at WOSU Public Media and you couldn’t find a more deserving group of talented and creative people. We hope you enjoy watching these amazing original programs just as much as our team enjoyed making them!
