PBS Learning Media
To foster classroom innovation and engagement, WOSU launched PBS LearningMedia, a free service for all teachers, students and families in Ohio created in collaboration with PBS and WGBH, and their producing partners WNET and KET. In addition to a rich public media library, PBS LearningMedia has content contributed from other publicly funded organizations, including the National Archives, the Library of Congress and NPR, as well as content funded by NASA, the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health and the US Department of Education, to deliver thousands of resources for use in the classroom and with home-schoolers.
American Graduate is part of a national initiative launched by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting to improve high school graduation rates and help stop the damaging school trend of school dropouts—estimated to be more than a million students a year. WOSU is one of more than 60 public media and television stations around the country that are working directly with their communities to address the dropout crisis.
GED Connection provides free, 24/7 resources to help you prepare for the GED exam. Help is a click away with GED Connection, a series of 39 half hour programs that you can view here via streaming video. Check out the GED online exercises and practice tests on this site as well as get all the information you’ll need to register for and take the GED exam.

The Bakery Shop
The Bakery Shop is an educational game collaboratively developed by WOSU Public Media, the Advanced Computing Center for the Arts and Design (ACCAD) at The Ohio State University and the Ohio Council on Economic Education. Targeted to second graders, the game is designed to immerse the user in concepts of economics in a visually engaging way using an entertaining game context.
The Teachers’ Domain is an online, media-on-demand resource library that offers innovative methods to help keep students engaged and interested in civil rights, engineering, physical science, life science, and earth and space science.
